Its been another pretty great week of missionary work in Taiwan. There was lots of biking around, talking to random people on the streets and and a few really great lessons. Last week we met a 19 year old guy on the side of the road that said we could come back.
So this week we went back and taught him a lesson for the first time. He has absolutely no christian background so teaching him was taking a little longer but he genuinely wanted to know about what we were saying. We talked to him a little about baptism and explained what it was. He had a few questions that we were able to answer and then we asked him what he thought. He said it sounded pretty good and then asked us if he could be baptized. My companion and I were both a little surprised, nobody had ever asked us if they could be baptized, it was amazing. We still have a lot we need to do and a lot that we need to teach him but we are hoping that we can work with him and hit the goal that he set.
We have another investigator that we have been meeting with for a while. She is very active in her own church but she is still willing to meet with us and learn. She has never been willing to go to church though, she told us that she had to go to her own church which was at the same time. This week she finally came to our church meetings and I think she really enjoyed it. She talks a lot and she is super friendly and loves to complement people so all of the ward members lover her, It was pretty great :)
I am so thankful for all of you and everything that you do! I hope you all have a great week!
