I found a huge snail a few days ago. I thought Jared would think it is cool.

Hello Everyone!

Well this week I survived my first typhoon. It was pretty exciting. There was lots of wind and lots of rain.
I've always heard that tracting in bad weather is great because everyone will let us in. so we decided to try and go tracting, It took about 1/2 a second before we were completely soaked. Every time someone answered the door they would yell at us and say we need to go back inside and then they all shut the door on us. So maybe it wasn't as effective as I have heard before but it was fun. Later the weather got a little worse so we were all told we had to go back inside and we spent a few hours calling through former investigators and other old numbers. The next day, Sunday, It slowed down quite a bit so we were all able to go to church and we quickly discovered that the church building isn't completely waterproof. Thankfully the floors are all tile so nothing was ruined but it did take a while to clean up. By now the typhoon has completely passed and I'm still alive.

Other than that this was another pretty normal week full of biking all over and talking to hundreds  of complete strangers on the side of the road. Its been a lot of fun and I am so thankful that I have this chance to be serving in Taiwan.

Thank you!
Elder Wills
