August 27, 2015 -- Mark's First Transfer

Hello everyone!

I'm guessing most of you weren't expecting to get an email from me today, This week is a little different so we are having p-day on Friday instead of next Monday. I think I forgot to tell you all in my last email, sorry... This week the mission is getting 35 new missionaries and today they are all being assigned to there areas so p-day/move day was just moved to today instead.

This week I am moving away from Gueiren and I'm getting another new companion. I'm moving to ShiZhong(I'm not really sure if that is how to spell it). It is pretty close to my first area and i have heard it it a very busy place. I'm super excited to get there and start working.

Right now I am sitting in an internet cafe with my new companion, Elder Osborne, while we wait for our train. Like all of my other companions so far he is also from Utah. He has been in Taiwan for about 8 months and I'm glad I have this chance to work with him.

I'm a little sad that I am going to be leaving Gueiren, I feel like I just got there. I really have grown to love that place and all of the people there. I have learned so much these last four months but I am also looking forward to going somewhere new. I have now been a missionary for over six months, looking back I don't know where all of that time went. Time goes b a lot faster as a missionary.
I am super thankful for this opportunity I have to be serving a mission in Taiwan and for all of the things I have learned these last few months. Thank you for all of your love and support.

Elder Wills
